Crowds of nearly 200000 surround the Capitol in Madison, WI. People of all ages predominately from all over Wisconsin protested the current Budget Repair Bill. The "Fab 14" Senators were on hand, as well as the Democratic Assembly who are seen addressing the audience. The video was shot from a lift on the Capitol steps as well as across the street.
