Open Question: is this a ok complaint letter?

12/4/08 Mrs karamu Madison wi 53713 Sara555@yahoo.com Number 222-8989 Dear: Bob Gates Re: account number (56788890) On December 14 08 I bought a power wheel for my daughter in your store at 9:15 a.m. At your Wal-Mart store 5909 Shopko drive Madison Wi 53713 , the sales clerk was very rude and throw the power wheel in the cart. Unfortunately the power wheel does not work right because when I got home and the power wheel was running weird making very loud noise. I am very upset with the way the product works and how the store clerk acted in the store. I would hope to resolve this problem I would appreciate it if I could make a exchange for a new power wheel . It was a present for my daughters first birthday I have included a copy of my receipt.
